this is the Sequel to Twilight.
New Moon carrys on from where Twilight left off, Bella & Edward very much in love. Edward being a vampire, who saved her life from the evil James.
Edward & his family throw a party for Bellas birthday at there house. But this is where disaster strikes and changes everything.
Bella gets a paper cut, and a tiny drop of blood drips down, then everything happened very quickly, Edward pushes Bella over the table onto the floor breaking a glass vase & cutting her arm, when she looks up there are 6 suddenly very hungry vampires staring down at her.
after the party Jasper who is the newest addition to the family, has to go away so that he can recover and not hurt her.
but Edward is so in love with Bella and not willing to hurt her anymore, decides to break her heart and leave too. her whole world is Edward nothing else exists and she has a downward spiral of depression, but she does seek solice in her friend from the res Jacob,
As in twilight when Bella discovers Edwards family secret, she soon discovers that the Cullens are not the only ones with a secret and soon she discovers the truth behind the wolves in the forest!!
Bella becomes a rebel because when she is doing something dangerous, she can here Edwards voice and this comforts her, that he does still care,
drawn between her everlasting love for Edward & that of her friend Jacob, when one needs help to save himself from death what does she do..............
I love this book, as most people guessed, it carrys on from twilight and each book explains a bit more of each character.
however they do get darker as the series goes on & a bit more gruesome in parts,
but the detail is brilliant, when we go to Italy in the book, you can picture the dark castle and the villages surrounding it,
and it you look at her website the pictures where they are filming are exactly as you imagine.
twilight the film has now come out on dvd, and new moon is being filmed now, with eclipse to follow,
the films are different from the books, but i don't think you could be disappointed.
All in all its a love story, but not just your average love story, a story that sees werewolves and vampires fighting till the end over the laws of time and for those they love!!
